Is this an error on my 1993 quarter?

  1. It looks like the bottom and middle line of the E in LIBERY is connected and there appears to be some extra metal between the E and R that resembles a tiny letter E.     Hi and welcome to CT. From your photos it looks like you have found a small die crack on that coin. When a die breaks it fills with metal as the coin (planchet) is being struck. This creates a void and appears to be a crack. In this case, the crack is in the area of the E in LIBERTY and just to the right. They are fun to find but contain no extra value.

    Very minor issues. No premiums for that.
    They are just a Die State. Worn die appearance.

    Are you looking to strike it rich?

    Most issues you will find in circulation have very little or no premium at all unfortunately :sour:
