1837 Not one cent for defense hard time token

Bought this coin on a whim. Seemed reasonable for $14.99. Pics are not great but if someone is knowledgable about these tokens and could help identify HT # that would be great. Hard to tell from the pics and I'm not an expert on these but it might be HT49. Listed as R1. I'm using a 20 year old copy of Rulau's "United States Merchants Tokens1700-1900". I have no idea what the current values are, but it doesn't look like there are any major problems. Maybe you overspent by a few bucks, but if you end up learning a little more about history or HTTs, then it was a well spent $15.

 

looks like the leaf under R on reverse is wrong for HT-49. Not sure what # it is.
