This coin is not in RIC and I didn't find any other examples online including Probus.net, Wildwinds and acsearch. Does anybody have a reference?

None of the references seem to make any differentiation on these attributes on the attribution. As such I think it would be RIC 360 Bust type F with a note about the aegis. That is one of the many, many problems with RIC for these issues. It is more difficult to find a plain Bust type F from Ticinum at this time than one with attribues. The majority have drapery (paludamentum folds) on the far shoulder.

The second coin on this page is close to your bust

    There are others.

I am not saying that it isn't interesting but I don't think it changes the attribution.
