So I bought a book of Whitman Lincoln cents, and this was in it. Some of this looks like damage, but also struck through just above the date next to the edge, but there is also the edge is also missing on almost 1/2 the coin, and the reverse is worse, and the rim of this is indented all the way around here you can see the strike through on the reverse the rim is weeker than the Obverse So here is the rim of the coin, this kinda looks like the coin got squished
I’m not seeing a strike through but I am seeing damage by the date that has been worn by circulation. The left wheat stalk rim is from the coin taking a hit.
That Cent was once encased in a Bezel and after many years released. It's all damage. A bezel will damage the edge and the rim.
I paid 40.00 dollars, the whitmans book of pennies 1941 missing 7 coins. got 10 war nickels, got a 1892 V nickel slicker, barely see anything! $10 20yr old parie meadows .999 silver round, and like 15 1943 pennies and 50 wheat pennies and 5lbs of world coins
