Again, Domna, another brick (denarius) in the wall

Several threads have been posted about Domna's denari depicting Diana Lucifera minted in Laodicea ad Mare, Antiochia or Rome.

Got this one recently. After the death of Severus, Domna's obverse titulature changed from Iulia Augusta to Iulia Pia Felix Augusta, therefore this denarius was minted under Septimius Severus, but where? Laodicea, Antiochia or Rome?

Syria, Laodikeia ad Mare (?), 196 – 202 AD, struck under the reign of Septimius Severus. According to the British Museum the mint is Antiochia ad Orontem (formerly attributed to Laodicea ad Mare).
