Forty years ago my favorite local shop would hand out the $1 ones in change. All were really worn but I saved them just for fun.
This thread makes me want to go shopping for a few nice ones.

Mother-in-law gave these to me. She got them while working as an accountant in the US Embassy in Bangkok many years ago.
