Not one generally taken with toned coins but I do love the rainbow hues that some of these early nickels take on.

 

1941-S Large and Small mint marks.

 

Many years ago I found the 39-S in change and put it in my album. Just recently I found a 39-S while searching some rolls. The most recent find was so much better. Here are both. The upgrade is on the top.

 

Now that is an awesome find in the wild!

 

This Wooden Nickel is from the Un-tied States of America.
