    It could well have been GSA the seller AND GSA the platform.

    But I've seen auctions on various platforms where the actual seller has nasty terms like all auctions are pickup only and if you don't pick it up, we charge you for storage, packing, and UPS' inflated reseller rates.

    Win a coin for $3.50, pay the invoice, and then get another invoice for $30 three days later.
