That’s the BEP’s name for sales of this note. lol. The serial number starts with 777 so they came up with this as a marketing ploy. Here’s a copy of the fancy packaging the notes come in. Upon opening the folded holder you get a brief overview of the reason, the number 7 is a lucky number. They even wish you Good Luck. I must have gotten lucky as my two notes are in serial number order. Lol
