Error specialists- Missing Clad Layer error?

    Weighs 4.6 g. Missing clad layer? Can you tell without having this in hand?
    (Not my coin, trying to learn).

    My answer is yes.
    That's a legit Missing Clad Planchet error.
    The color and clad missing just on one side are all I needed to know. ;)

    Looks like one to me Sal. I think the color is on the light side but nothing to be concerned about. Copper is very reactive.

    Looks like you have a real nice piece there!! State sides are often more desirable with Oregon being pretty much a rare find in any shade of RED, seems like it is Full RED! Whoever it belongs to, i'd recommend they send it to PCGS for sure!
