Metal Detecting - 3 More Silver Coins..

Brings my total to 12 Silver Coins detected so far in 2025

The Roosevelt Dimes are dated 1946 & 1957

I did a 4-hour dirt fishing hunt in Morning Side Park in upper Manhattan. The same location where last year I detected my 13 Silver coins in one day!

And I have this mystery coin soaking in vinegar for a few hours. It's thick and heavy.
I'm hoping for an Indian Head Fatty Cent or Flying Eagle Cent

It must have of stopped raining, right? Nice finds. What type of detector do you use or recommend @paddyman98, I want to buy a better model mine is here and there, not very good. Thank you in advance.

 

It stopped raining and then started a bit. I had my rain gear!

I currently use the NOKTA Legend. It is an excellent detector!



Nokta also has a line of new machines similar to the Legend but made more affordable and easier to use. They are the Score, Double Score and Triple Score..

It turned out to be nothing
It's sort of flat on one side and slightly convex on the other side..
