This was the bill that started my collecting. I saw something about star notes and didn't know what they we're till Christmas morning when I looked in my wallet and saw this. Thought it was cool so I kept it. What do you guys think....is it worth keeping. It does have a fold in the center.
For sentiment only, yes keep it. Imagine years from now, you will have the note that started your whole hobby. I don't have, nor know, what note I started with, and I kind of would like to.
No expert on these myself - but you can always check ebay see what they actually sell for. I still think these are cool to find. here lately been spending the $star notes since there are millions of them and I could see where they sold on ebay. Not sure I could afford to keep a 50 dollar note.
It's yours.. Then keep it. But spend it before you lose it! Spender in my opinion. It's not old, has a fold, not a fancy serial number.. I would spend it.
