    Hello

Can you give me an estimate of these 2 coins?
What rating can I expect and what would they be worth?
Is the Jefferson good enough for a review or is there rather discouraged?

Careful how you spell "Gettysburg". Some of the southern lads here will open a can of Southern Whoop A** on you.;)

    thank you

The Jefferson looks like a crudely made cast fake. Note the casting bubbles on the fields surfaces. The Gettysburg looks very nice in Mint State condition. I'm not good at grading these but in MS60-MS65 the prices vary from approx. $400.00-$800.00 on the high end. I also notice a couple of die cracks? Not sure how this would affect the final grade.

Thank you for the first assessment. Were many of these gold coins falsified?
It is very annoying since I got it from a dealer. Fortunately, not too expensive $ 160
The Gettysburg has very fine cracks, but with the eye almost not to be seen.

Even dealers sell fakes, but should know better. It does not mean this is not made of gold but you should have someone test it to make sure. Many gold coins have been counterfeited over the years, too many to list here. Even the U.S. Silver Eagles are being counterfeited. Beforehand knowledge is the key to being successful.
