I just got this coin today and it's still in its OGP holder, which I'll be taking out of.

When I flipped it over to see the reverse, I saw strong "scratches" on the bottom right.

They seem to go in the same direction as the flow lines.

Are these marks as a result of die wear, or would it be PMD?

It's a bit hard to tell if they're raised or not.

    Thanks in advance!

It is die wear, I am not sure how to grade proofs, but, they def bring the grade down.

This one was priced right. IMG_2948.JPG IMG_2949.JPG The striations in the field, are usually some sort of mechanical error.
They are only visible on the reverse of this proof also.
