I never realized just how many misstruck coins I had until this tread. I did even post half of them. Here’s one in gold that was mistruck. This is a 100% clashed die.

 

Perhaps it was "missed struck."

 

I originally had 5 of these, almost exactly alike. They were given to me from the junk coin box at a bank. Unfortunately, they have rub marks from the wheel of the counting machine they got hung up in.

 

I wonder if this one would straight-grade or not?

Light strike and struck through grease....the 1 in the date is very faint, some of the inscriptions are partially missing.
