Hello all. It's "Super Silly Saturday!". A thread about buying a coin(s) that now seem like it or they were a silly purchase for one reason or another. Here are two such examples..... I purchased the first one because at the time I was totally into Metal Detecting, doing it 8 plus hours on just the weekends not including small hunts during the week. It was a silly purchase at the time because I knew very little about coins like this. The second one, a copper round, I purchased for my support for Cannabis use, Medically/ Recreationally. Although both seem like silly buys, they were a nice addition to my collection. So? What are some of your "Silly Buys"? (Numismatically speaking). HAVE A GREAT WEEKEND ALL!
