lol, only jokes panzerman! Seriously you got way to many amazing goldies. Just curious, what's the grand total of av coins in your collection?
Thank Aidan Last count 765 AV coins, around same amt. in Silver. Sadly, no Platinum yet...but i am working on getting some soon.
awesome. I will take #6 and #8 and #2 in that order. lol awesome gold. what is next on your list of gold coins ?
If I ever won the Powerball lotto, after paying off some debts and investing half the money, and donating some to charity, I'd spend the rest of my life amassing a substantial collection of ancient gold coins. You are living the dream @panzerman. I'm happy for you. It's always a joy to see what gold beauty you are going to post next.
Thanks all! Glad i finally got it right, I am pretty rusty when it comes to technology/more used to doing physical stuff. I got tons of new wants....always never enough funds!
Amazing collection, Panzerman! (but somehow I find it hard to feel sorry for you for your perceived 'never enough funds' !).
Yes, those coins actually show the ruler/this case Duke/Count on horse charging into battle. Back then the King/Duke/Count/Baron led the armies personally. Frederick the Great of Prussia had three horses shotout while he was riding them in the battles of the Seven Years war. Today, the leaders sit in underground command bunkers
Well @panzerman , ya got me beat on the number of Golds against my Modern Golds. I only have a couple hundred, not the 765 that you have racked up. GOLD IS ALWAYS GOOD. Congrats on the beautiful coins. Nice job and well done! Keep it up. I am waiting for your Roman Republic Gold 60 As or 20 As pieces... One of them is my goal!
