I don't think it could have cost much. Production value was pretty low, lol. The graphics, as you can see in the photos, are simple block letters. It was kinda sad to be honest lol. It was on CBS at least and not some cheap local channel. Came on right before the start of Stephen Colbert Late Show.
That's interesting. I've never seen a coin show advertise, not even Long Beach when I lived in SoCal. Then, again, I don't watch much TV, particularly ABC/CBS/NBC.

Ye I just left coin show and US-1 southbound towards the airport (a few miles down) is gridlocked. Many folks were talking about it at the show. Outside of the floor people were watching it on tv...
When the ANA WFoM was in Anaheim I saw a few commercials they were running. I think PCGS runs some for Long Beach too, maybe.
I can recall the local news coming out and doing a segment on the small show here in town. That was cool.
