This is a 1999 D Roosevelt Dime. I found on the reverse that UNUM is DD and maybe the stalk. Can anyone verify or am I just seeing things. Thank you.
Pictures don't really do it justice, but I just paid 6 bucks for this skimming for years of Liberty Nickels I don't have because why not. Might be back in a couple minutes here on really nice 1909.
Now I just need a 1904,1903, and a 1900 before i have every year from 1900-1912. Then comes the challenge of buying 1883-1899
Just got this one about a week ago 1800 NC-6 my 17th NC. Apparently a bunch of these have been identified as there are now 19 of them known. Key identifying diagnostics is 1800 with type 1 hair (only one die like that for the year) and on the reverse the stem of the top outer right berry meets the wreath ABOVE the stem of the top right inner leaves. (on the other three reverses that come paired with this obv they all meet the wreath at the same point as the leaf stem.) This one would be somewhere in the middle of the Condition Census. Finest known is a F-15, second is a VG-7.
I just got my SAT scores back from PCGS. While I'm happy as can be with my purchase value, I am sorely disappointed in the designation of the coin. It graded MS65, MSPL. How it didn't grade MSDMPL is beyond me. That difference is a big one, thousands worth.
