I've got one of those in copper. Bought it because it was a Daniel Carr piece and because the mintage was 60, but when I got it, it was nicer than I would've ever thought.

Hey @physics-fan3.14, I heard you absolutely love the Daniel Carr pieces! ;)

How is it you got a copper version of this? I thought they were only made available to members of the club. Are you a club member?

physics-fan3.14 You got any more of them.... prooflikes?

I realize you are trying to provoke me.

However, I have always said that Dcarr's original pieces, club medals, etc, are well designed and executed incredibly well. I admire his artistry when he sticks to original pieces.

LOL.... somebody had to be the brave one.

But, I do agree with your point about the original pieces. I have no idea as to how he makes them so well (probably computers) but I do wonder if there are other clubs he has made medals for. I'll have to research that.

The Madison County Coin Club had a total of 40 silver, 60 copper, and 20 brass medals minted. The brass medals were sold to club members only.
