roosevelt quarter with some almost evenly spaced lines and die breaks

these lines look die scratches that are almost evenly spaced. are they die scratches? what would cause them to come out like this? I have 2 of these and they are the same along with the breaks.

Oh, man, I was bracing myself -- until I realized that now there IS a "Roosevelt" quarter.

Back to scouring eBay for Eisenhower dimes and Washington nickels...

The sad part is just how many of those you can find on Ebay searching lol.

 

There's definitely something going on here. Lots of die breaks but I don't know what caused the around the horse's mouth lines.

 

Can you post a whole coin shot?

 

I've seen similar raised marks on a WL 50c spaced the same, If raised on your coin they were into the die like the one I saw. No telling what made them.
