I couldn't tell with those photos. Do you have a loupe? Stick it in front of your camera lens like it is your eye and bring your camera close to the coin and snap a few photos with better lighting. I can most likely help answer better then.

 

I see something on the U, but need whole obverse also.

 

Is it just me or are you posting two separate coins? What's with that spot under the G that disappears on some photos?

Different lighting and angle... in the darker picture the dark spot that is seen there is a very light green corrosion type stain, therefore in the lighter picture it's barley visible

 

I am not an expert but that does not look like a double die strike to me. At least not like what I have seen in other pictures of doubling.
