I picked E because I think a coin with a miner and a bear on it should show a little bit of "brown dirt." Also like the bit of blue inside the rim.

 

B appealed to me the most; while I tend to like color, here the blast white lustrous look of B beat out the rest

 

Personally I would have been ok with either B, D, or E. While I do like blast white coins, sometimes some toning adds character and colorfulness to a collection. I won't shy away from some if the price is right and the coin is still appealing.
