    That's not it. It should be a piece of webbing from a sheet of Cent stock ;)

    Those are all nice, but the one from the OP's strike-through should not only be a cent webbing but also have part of the reverse design struck onto it. That's the one I'd like to find. (Not that I'd turn my nose up at a blank one, since I don't have any at all!)

    Idky I didn’t think about that lol.
    Having the piece of webbing would be sick. I wonder how that’d get into circulation tho.

    The only way is that the webbing stayed mated to the cent.
