    The reverse is definitely damaged. St k look East it’s a common low priced coin.

    Alteration on reverse was done after it left the US Mint. Why? Only the person who did it would know. Not a rare coin of any kind unfortunately.

    This is "the look" of a lightly used Indian Cent with the desirable color.
