I came across these very tiny US coins in my stepfather's slotted coin book. They were with a bunch of smaller gold US coins. I can't seem to find any info on these. They have the word "counter" on all of them. Does that mean counterfeit?
I could hazard a theory. Perhaps the "counter" means something to count with. Modern kindergarten and elementary teachers often use plastic toy money to teach children to count money.
They're play money.
