Let me have it! First let me start by saying that I had a family emergency over this past weekend which has delayed my plans to list about a dozen NGC Attributed Mint Errors. It may be Wednesday or Thursday that the listings will go up. My mom was suffering from chest pains so we rushed her to the emergency department. They released her 8 hours later. She's much better now but we have to keep an eye on her. So listen up. I grabbed a slab this morning. Not a mint error, but one of two gold 1/10 ounce sized coins that I own. I thought I could do a quick listing to see if I can start making some of the funds that I need. It was my 2000 South Africa Kruggerand that I had sent to NGC once. It was given a Details grade. The slab was purchased within 10 minutes! The buyer didn't even bother to use the Best Offer feature.. $240.00 + Shipping & Handling I know. Why the low price?
My prayers go out to you and your family, especially your mom. Take care of her as everything else can wait.
Well wishes and prayers to your mom. Make sure to proof read your listings, list things in the classified section on this or other forums. If you're pricing coins at blowout prices, there is a buyer waiting...eBay fees would make that transition sting a little bit more.
