I have these two coins, the coin border seems to get smaller on the left. Is this a error. Again I am sorry if I keep posting non error coins, I have like 180 coins and I don't want to give all them away if there is a error. Please forgive me if I get annoying, for some reason I keep finding "errors" when they are in fact nothing. I am really bad at this.
The greater the error the better chance for value. Since this error is very slight, I would say no, it's not worth anything.
Alrighty, thanks I am looking and have over 10 of them so far from what I see, I guess just put them in a roll then and buy stuff
It is all ways good to ask questions. If you like to search rolls, Cherry Pickers Guide is a good book to buy. Strike it Rich with pocket change is another. Both can be found at Barnes and Noble.
While the CPG is a nice book to have as a "luxury" item, its list of errors and varieties is no where near all-inclusive. If it were to cover every conceivable possibility, it would be much, much larger and far more expensive than it is now. A better choice would be "The Official Price Guide to Mint Errors" by Alan Herbert. Not only does it provide photographic examples of many errors and their definitions, but it also provides explanations for how they can occur. Chris
