$100 face wash 90% value

i have an auction on for a bag of 100 face wash 90%. I was told it has 865 worth of silver, but it weighs 5 lb 8 oz, and at 13.50/oz I get over 1000. Does anyone know exactly the sliver content and value. it's 400 90% silver quarters. Silver is 13.11 today.

As of today, silver is $13.08. Each quarter is $2.3654. X400 = $946.16.
