I feel the same way about the Peace over the Morgan, It appears to me that the Peace profile looks much softer a female than that of the Morgan...just an opinion.

Anthony Francisci was always an artist of soft and flowing lines. Very ethereal work as well.

I did an exhibition of his works this year at our local coin club.

Some of the other pieces he's done... Notice all of the soft flowing lines - very graceful artwork as opposed to the finite and stark cuts of the Morgan.

Society of Medalists - circa 1935 - this won 1st prize and was established as the medal of the year for the society. Entitled Swirling Universe

    His last works - 1964/65 World's Fair token/coin.

Absolutely lovely work you're so right about the softness of his work...I see you are also quite a fan...understandably so based on what you show us here...very nice...very very nice I am absolutely in love with that Fiat Vita medal... "Swirling Universe" Just beautiful! We need an emogi for "I Love"

There's a few I don't know that I'll ever get. There's a trial pattern for sale on Ebay for "moon money" and of course the Peace Dollar proofs that are "moon money" and I think the only way I'll get either is to come across them while treasure hunting.

    There's a universal emoji for "I Love" and it's "$" unfortunately. :)

Yeah my personal opinion the peace dollar just has this appeal can't really explain it. The way it shines on the reverse is much more appealing than the Morgan and the lady is much more appealing as well
