It’s not common but it’s nothing real special either. In your set of numbers there will be 100 bills with give 5’s as the first five numbers. Of those 100 bills, think about what happens when the numbers have six 5’s and so on.
This is a CSA or a Confederate Note. It’s a $100 note from 1864 and it has 5 5’s but then, it only has 5 digits. It’s special for several reasons but then it’s 161 years old.

Thanks. The Confederates only issued 72 notes. I have over a third of them, mostly special. Some have history on the blank reverses, others have signatures or the unit they holder was attached to. The names can and have been traced.
