found this in an old bank bag caught my attention because my eyes are going bad and the entire coin looked cloudy - i couldnt focus on the date.... there is a lot of depth to this coin it is not worn flat - especially on lincoln and the date... just looks wierd...

I never heard of a 1955 DDR. I don't think ANACS did, either. Why don't you send it to them and get it attributed as such? If it's a new discovery, you've got something there. If it's your imagination just working overtime, they'll let you know that, too. If it's hot, we send those in for grading and attribution, that's how you know.
