    Not sure it should have received a straight grade but it's better now.

    It still looks somewhat lively. The luster is muted and broken but IMHO anyway it's deserving of the straight grade.

    I could overlook some of the other ticks and pings, but that deepish hit/gouge to the right of Liberty's head would make me details-grade this one. As to the conservation, it does look better.

    I’ve gotta agree with PCI on this one.
