I’m sorry I didn’t participate in Secret Saturnalia!

It looks like I missed out on a great tradition!
I’ll definitely participate (God willing) next year if Secret Saturnalia is offered again. Anyway, I purchased my own gift as a consolation. After all, how many Herod the Great coins is too many?

Wishing you all many blessings and a safe holiday!

That's a great-looking coin, and I think the background works really well, considering your coining angle.

That's a cool picture Deacon and a very nice coin to boot! I also missed out on the Secret Saturnalia this year being as I am relatively new here and didn't know CT did one. Very cool though and I will have all year to pick out what to gift for next year.

Hope you all have a pleasant Christmas Eve. Don't stay up too late or Santa won't bring you any coins :)

PS- on a less serious note- the obverse of that coin was prophetic about the future of the region. It looks like a modern military helmet with an AK-47 underneath it. ;)

That is an awesome coin, Deacon Ray! I have it on my wish list for 2017 and really hope that, by some miracle, I'll be able to afford it.

    Have a Blessed Christmas!!
