What do you have to say about this Seated Dime? It's for the PC, worth grading? I bought it as a XF40

It looks good. I like the color. My problem with getting any seated coin graded, is that they usually come back with a details grade. Not all obviously. And it isnt like this one is uncommon. If it was mine I would leave it raw. Just my opinion:)

It was undergraded. I think it is AU-50/53

I'll say XF45, but probably not worth grading.

Yet sometimes you see obviously cleaned Seated coins with hairlines in problem free slabs.

Nice toning and eye appeal. I agree that it's low-AU range. Is it 100% original and uncleaned? I can't swear to that with any certainty, but I like it.

I know it looks like it's had an old cleaning, but it looks like a 56-O that I sent to NGC that they graded straight.

I think it's going to go in. Sometimes you need to pay for education and see what the professionals have to say.

Agreed. And I think it has a decent shot. Y'never know until you try, sometimes.

PS- keep us posted on the results, later.
