I don't have any coin of Macrinus minted in Rome.
I have some which are from Syria or Cilicia. They are interesting because Macrinus' portrait is not at all the same as on coins minted in Rome.

    Macrinus, Antioch, AE 18-19 mm, 4.71 g, 12 h.

Macrinus, Syrian Tetradrachm, Hierapolis mint (Manbij, Syria). AR 25.5 mm, 12.98 g, 12 h.

    Macrinus, Berytus (Beirut, Lebanon).

    Macrinus, Tarsus (Tarsus, Turkey). AE 33-34 mm, 18.50 g, 12 h.

The emperor has a stern expression, his eyebrows furrowed, his forehead creased. Exactly like his predecessor Caracalla. For the Oriental soldiers and population, Macrinus' regime was supposed to be the continuation of Caracalla, who was very popular, especially among the troops.
