I've fallen behind and had to edit a couple of times, myself!

That 1/2 Mark was nice. Hope to see it later in the game! German Empire was my first world coin focus.

Thanks. That coin was nice n' cheap, too. Only cost $31, delivered, already slabbed and TrueViewed! Lots of "bang for the buck", there!

But by the time I finished posting it, we'd already moved on to the Straits Settlements, so I had to edit.

Since we're apparently still at Canada or 1901, let's continue the Canadian theme but go more modern still, to 1978.

Canada: gold 100-dollars proof of Elizabeth II, Canadian Unity commemorative, 1978

So we're at Canada or 1978, to the next player...

Here's a 1913 Canadian large cent I dug while metal detecting. Rather a surprising find in North Carolina! Sadly, I accidentally hit the reverse with my dig knife while it was still in the ground.

Another German "Victory" 3 Mark. 1913 Prussian issue. Celebrated 100 year anniversary of Prussia declaring war on France and depicts dates 1813 and 1913.
