Does it look legit, is everything ok?

 

For a 21p in that condition $28 is on the high side of retail. I'd try to talk them down $5-8 if you can.

No. It almost looks like a thornhead gouge on your coin but in the wrong location slightly. Just curious what's going on. My avatar is a thornhead gouge. Check it out and you'll see what I mean

 

Yeah, i can see the line going across and touching the leaf on your avatar. Most likely its just a scratch on my coin but when I get it I'll take a look. I'll probably do some research on the different varieties and errors for the Morgan dollar.
