Either way I probably have one of those.
As for foreign, I really like this one.
I'd like to get it graded.
That reminds me, I should take it with me to the next show and ask a few questions about it.

 

I don't own a decime, but this is what it would have looked like:
1 Décime (small modul) - France – Numista
On mine, the D and ME of DECIME are visible on the reverse. The obverse has a good bit of just wear, but the choppiness is all from the two designs conflicting. The original is upside down (180 degrees) to the overstrike, and you can see some of the original letters among the new letters.
