@geekpryde I enjoy following your collection and we probably have competed for some of the same coins at GC. I'm sure we have beat each other before so it all evens out.

Thank you! I will be honest and say that while I try to be patient and picky, I don't always stick to that strategy. I had my share of "duds" this year (not sure I want to do a bottom 10 list, especially since many of those were sold). Some of those "duds" were decent coins that I overpaid for (hoping they would be nicer in hand than the online photo). My goal is to decrease the number of bad buys each year. Sometimes it works and other times the coin buying itch gets the best of me.

 

I can relate to that. Many times it's an itch you can't scratch.
