A little MS70 will clean that right up.

Also you could post that on ebay as a rare error coin and probably make a few dollars

 

It's obviously a ragged edge clip struck with heavily acid treated dies

 

Dont forget struck on a planchet with missing copper plating

My only one. Not gonna sell it until i get it slabbed, CAC'd, authenticated, a metallurgical analysis, scrutinized, look askanced at, um, um, yeah. All that stuff. Then I'm gonna throw it in the trash.
