    I'm MS66 5FS. That coin is 5FS all day long.

    65 5FS ...steps are there; as for the grade, it looks a point weaker than all of the prior ones so that meant 65 to me

    I went 66 FS It looks a little crusty/original.

    REVEAL: 1942-P Jefferson Nickel NGC MS66

    Nobody got this one right, and only a few had it grading MS66. I am sure the light scratch above the dome on the reverse was the cause of the conservative grading but it is much less prominent in hand.

    Curiously, in the original thread, only 42.1% of the respondents thought this coin was full steps, whereas that number rose to 71.4% in this thread. That is a pretty big disparity. I had predicted this coin would graded MS66 5FS.
