Small Currency vs. Large Currency: Why The Change ?

    Was there any specific reason why the currency (bills) were shrunk in the late-1920's ? :cigar:

    I would assume cost of production and easy of carry and transport.

    Which came first? The switch from breast pocket wallets to pants pocket wallets, or the switch from large size bills to small size bills?

    Makes sense, I thought maybe they needed MORE bills and cutting down their size might increase the quantity.
