2009 P Sacagawea Double Eye or PMD?

I wanted to see if this was a valid error or just PMD. I can see the extra eye without a magnifying glass. Thank you.

Isn't that just the area underneath her eyebrow? Looks normal to me. Maybe since the coin toned a bit it altered the appearance.

 

PMS, but without the hot flashes. What do you mean, what type?
