Specimen or Just Really MS?

I have this beautiful 1966 B Switzerland 5 Francs, and I am trying to figure out if it is a specimen or is just a really nice strike.

It has a semi reflective surface, but not like a proof. The details are extremely crisp, and it has no toning.

    Thoughts?

Looks like a strongly struck mint state coin.

    Not specimen in my opinion.

I agree, by this time you expect to see a noticeable cameo effect and usually die polish lines on the specimens. None of that here. Still a very nice example :)
