On the 1999 cent coins there are three mints, P Pennsylvania, D Denver and S San Francisco.

The P and D mints are regular circulation coins called business strikes. The S mints are proof coins.

On the proof S mint, the rare cent coin is the close AM.

On the P mint, the rare coins are the wide AM.

As far as I know there are no wide AM D minted cents.

    This is a good resource...

A 1999 close AM D cent is just a regular cent worth one cent, sorry but keep looking.
