Bid on their auctions manymanymanymany times and i havnt won a thing. You think flebay has prices that run high, the prices at the seized auctions are outrageous!

Never hurts to try tho

 

They attract uneducated buyers and infect them with auction fever. Several years ago I placed what I considered to be strong bids on several lots, and saw myself outbid by a factor of 2.5-3!

Biiiiiiiiiig waste of time.

 

i see coz i was beginginto have bidders remorse already hopefully you guys are right and i will lose the auctions

 

Ok .. so .. they're now 0 for 2 ... hmm... or 0 for 3 ... Spock.. did it cost to register, etc? Share the newbie experience that concluded in such rapid remorse.

 

certainly not a place to find a good deal..the ones I bid on always go high.

 

well the remorse has more to do with my addiction to coins then the website. it just seems that people are there to get great coins for free and bidlike crazy. it seems an ok site if one could actually get coins from there its relatively easy to register and bid but they have no seach options so u have to look at coins one by one which is crap. they have a 10% fee if you win and dont combine shipping plus shipping charges are high so its not really suitable for low cost items

I never touch those sites, they are mostly come-ons, and I don't believe that they are legit.

 

I'd register with them, but I couldn't find any eisenhower dimes, so I'll pass.

 

I'd buy all of the Eisenhower dimes that I could find

I can't find it, but awhile back someone posted a link to a siezed property auction in which every single roosevelt dime was described as "Eisenhower Dime" in the auction description. We all had a laugh, but everything was bid up more than it was worth.

 

well i still have 2 valid bids so hopefully i will get out ok. i hope someone outbids me there
