Quarter obverse clash with Cent?

It may be my imagination, but this clash looks like the reverse of a cent. Also, the opposite edge shows a portion of a smaller rim. Certainly doesn't look like the reverse of a quarter.

I don't know what that is, but I do know that it's not a cent clash.
There will be others here soon who will be able to explain it.

Die gouges?

 

Die gouges or feeder finger marks. The rim I don't have a clue.

 

Abraded die, possibly from feed fingers.

 

Any guesses on the rim edges in the field shown in pictures 5 and 6?

I have seen those before. I am not sure, but if they are clashes from a mis-aligned die.??? The polising lines you see in the field could be from removing some of the clash. Again I am not sure.
