a portion of my coat of arms (the entire picture was too large) which is a winged chinese gold dragon holding a yin/yang symbol, blue background on an octagon shield
Mine is just a coin I like. I like German states coinage, I have ancestry in Prussia and Saxony. Well made, lower mintage coins are available for reasonable prices. This man is bearded, like me, though somewhat better looking.....
I like the german states coins too. My great great grandparents were Prussian immigrants from northern germany. I really like the 5 marks coins. My first two: 1893 Bavaria 1875 Baden Inverted V variety:
Mine changes to reflect the series that I am concentrating on currently. As of now it's a PR-65 half cent that I bought a couple of years ago while sequestered during federal jury duty. Boredom was expensive that day. I'm not trying to do a set of proofs, but I'd like to do all of the die parings of the braided hair series in mid-AU or better.
Thanks. It may go to auction soon if the price of oil doesn't go up pretty soon. As a chemical engineer, I'm one of those guys that loves a high gas price.
Then you should do well with the new administration. My cronies on the other hand probably won't be so fortunate. I think I retired at the right time.
As another chemical engineer, I'm one of those guys that loves a low gas price. But maybe that has something to do with my retirement 16 years ago.
As a mechanic who loves big V8 engines that get less than 10 mpgs, I shake my fist at you. Although I hope you dont have to sell that coin.
