Thanks for the in-between peek of the process! The typical "before-and-after" images are always nice, but the steps in the middle are enjoyable, interesting, and educational. Curious: = @galba68 - How much mechanical cleaning attention/effort do you usually apply to the rim compared to the amount given to the obverse and reverse surfaces? (Don't try to read any more into my question than my curiosity. I just know that when I do coin cleaning I rarely give the rim much effort; and that seems to be the norm based on restored ancient coins I've purchased.)
